Little Resilience Co. partners with schools to offer practical, developmentally informed programmes for children, adolescents, educators and school leaders.
The programmes focus on the patterns, pressures, relationships and systems that influence behaviour, decision-making and performance.
Schools will be able to choose a standalone programme that meets a specific need or explore connected programmes across different stages of the school journey.
Emotional intelligence is one part of the Little Resilience Co. approach. Our programmes also draw on child and adolescent development, behaviour, relationships, decision-making, context, systems thinking and practical skill-building.
Each programme addresses a distinct developmental, educational or professional need.

EQ Through Play
A play-based emotional and social development programme for children aged 3 to 5 years.
EQ Through Play helps young children build an early understanding of emotions, relationships and everyday social situations through stories, movement, creative activities and guided play.
The programme explores emotional language, body cues, empathy, turn-taking, problem-solving, expressing needs, and calming and coping skills in a developmentally appropriate way.

EQ Lab
A voluntary extracurricular programme for high-school learners.
EQ Lab gives teenagers a practical space to understand themselves, their relationships and the decisions they make under pressure.
The programme explores self-awareness, emotions, identity, peer influence, communication, conflict, boundaries, values, choices and consequences.
Learners develop stronger skills for handling peer pressure, relationships, conflict and decisions under stress.

Next Step
A voluntary future decision-making programme for Grade 11 and Grade 12 learners.
Next Step supports learners who are deciding what to study, where to study or what direction to take after school.
The programme helps learners understand themselves, explore realistic options and make a thoughtful next decision. It includes Six Seconds Brain Profiles and Leadership Reports to support self-awareness, decision-making and self-leadership.
Participation is voluntary. The programme does not tell learners which career to choose or promise a perfect career match.
Learners leave with greater clarity, a realistic shortlist of options and a practical action plan.

Practical professional development for educators.
Teacher EQ Training helps educators understand their own patterns under pressure, use emotional information more effectively, strengthen relationships and respond with greater intention in demanding school environments.
The programme explores self-awareness, behaviour patterns, communication, trust, boundaries, difficult conversations, classroom interactions, professional capacity and recovery after challenging moments.
This is a standalone professional development offering for teachers and school staff.

Practical leadership development for principals and school management teams.
School Leadership Development helps school leaders strengthen trust, accountability, communication and decision-making in demanding school environments.
The programme explores leadership behaviour, team dynamics, difficult conversations, staff capacity, organisational culture, change and the wider systems that influence performance.
It is designed for principals, deputy principals, heads of department, grade heads and school management teams.
