About Little Resilience Co.

What is Little Resilience Co.?

Little Resilience Co. helps parents of young children aged 1–4 understand what happens inside them in the first few seconds of a hard moment, so they can lower the intensity one notch and choose a steadier next move. The focus is on the parent’s body and hard-moment pattern, not the child’s behaviour.

Who is Little Resilience Co. for?

Parents of young children aged 1–4 who feel swept up by hard moments like hitting, meltdowns, bedtime resistance, transitions, public moments, and repair after snapping.

What makes Little Resilience Co. different from other parenting approaches?

Most parenting advice starts with the child’s behaviour. Little Resilience Co. starts one step earlier — with what happens inside the parent in the first few seconds of a hard moment. We focus on body-first, micro-sized resets that parents can actually access before the moment runs away, not scripts or strategies that require calm thinking.

Is this therapy?

No. Little Resilience Co. offers parent support focused on hard-moment patterns and body-first tools. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, please consult a qualified mental health professional.

Tiny Reset

What is Tiny Reset?

Tiny Reset is a simple way to understand what happens in your body when the moment gets loud, lower the intensity one notch, and choose your next move. Not to stop feelings. Not to force calm. But to help you lead with steadiness, hold boundaries with connection, and come back after rupture.

How does Tiny Reset work?

Notice what happens in you. Bring it one notch down. Choose the next move. Repair if needed. Repeat without drowning in guilt. It works at the level of the body, not knowledge.

Does Tiny Reset stop meltdowns?

No. Tiny Reset is not a behaviour-control tool. It helps the parent catch what happens in the first few seconds and choose a steadier next move. Your child will still have big feelings. What changes is how lost you feel inside them.

Is Tiny Reset a script?

No. Tiny Reset is body-first, not script-first. There are no phrases to memorise. The method works at the level of the body — what you do with your body before you speak.

Hard Moments

Why do the same hard moments keep repeating?

Because your body has learned to respond to those situations in a particular way. The pattern is not a character flaw. It is a hard-moment pattern — what your system reaches for under pressure. Patterns can be understood, and they can shift with the right support.

What hard moments does Little Resilience Co. support?

Hitting, meltdowns, bedtime resistance, brushing teeth, car seat battles, leaving places, getting dressed, public meltdowns, the 5pm spiral, and repair after snapping. Each hard moment has its own page in the Library.

My child is older than 4. Can I still use this?

Little Resilience Co. is built specifically for parents of young children aged 1–4. The tools are most relevant for this developmental stage. If your child is slightly older, the parent-focused principles still apply, but the content is designed with ages 1–4 in mind.

Tiny Reset Pack

What is the Tiny Reset Pack?

A more detailed set of practical tools for recognising pressure, slowing the response and reflecting on recurring family patterns. Each card shows what may be happening in you, what to lower first, one next move, and one repair line for later. $19, instant download.

Who is the Tiny Reset Pack for?

Parents who want practical tools for the moments that keep repeating. The tools are for the parent, not the child.

Is it a digital download?

Yes. The Tiny Reset Pack is an instant digital download delivered via Gumroad. No subscription required.

Parent Support

What is Parent Support?

One-to-one support to help you understand a recurring family challenge and find a practical next step that fits your child, your family, and your capacity. Not generic parenting advice. Practical, reflective and specific to your family.

How does the process work?

Send an enquiry describing what has been happening. Elthea will respond with the most appropriate next step and confirm the available format, timing and cost before anything is booked.

Do I need to be calm to do this work?

No. You can come with the moment that embarrassed you. The one you replayed later. The one where you knew better and still could not get there. That is where we begin.
